New Delhi: Samajwadi Party (SP) MP Akhilesh Yadav on Tuesday opposed the celebrations of the 75th Constitution Day and questioned on how one could celebrate the day considering the kind of work the government did which had taken lives in Sambhal.
Speaking to the media, Yadav said "I want to congratulate you for the Constitution Day. True celebration is only when you follow the path of the Constitution. How can celebrations be held in the shadow of grief? Celebrating at a time when the kind of work the government has done in Sambhal when it has taken lives and justice is not being served.. False cases are being filed against the MP there, the MLA and his son.. Further, Yadav questioned on why was there a need to do the survey again when it had already been done before.
