A new Perth housing association development has been named after the late son of a previous landowner and former depute provost.
Caledonia Housing Association’s (CHA) Crieff Road home estate will be known as Steven’s Place in memory Carol and David (Dave) Scott’s child.
Steven died in 2003 following a battle with cancer and Dave, once a councillor and depute provost for Perth and Kinross, passed away in 2013.
