PATNA: The Patna high court on Thursday expressed its anguish over the “listless approach and the questionable credentials” of the Bihar State Housing Board which resulted in the rampant expansion of unauthorised colonies and encroachments over the land of the board itself in Rajeev Nagar locality of the city.
The single bench of Justice Sandeep Kumar, while hearing a writ petition filed by one Gajendra Singh and others, threw several questions on the past credentials of the board and directed its managing director (MD) to come prepared with accurate answers on the next date of the hearing of the matter .
