Canberra's property downturn has now reached all suburbs and dwelling types, new research shows.
House and apartment values in all the ACT's districts dropped over the past quarter, according to the Cotality August Home Value Index.
In the past month alone, houses dropped 1.1 per cent, and apartments dopped 1.3 per cent.
