Housebuilder Avant Homes buys Derbyshire site with outline planning for 200 homes

Avant Homes Avant Derbyshire Fisher German

Housebuilder Avant Homes has bought a site in north Derbyshire with outline planning permission for 200 homes.

Joint agents Fisher German and Wiverton oversaw the sale of the site at Somercotes close to the border with Nottinghamshire.

They were instructed to market the site on behalf of the landowner after Chave Planning gained planning permission on their behalf for new housing, with 30 per cent having affordable status.
