House prices Ireland: The salary you need to buy a house in Dublin and every other county

While a recession is reportedly looming, house prices continue to increase across the country, including Dublin.

The latest statistics show house prices have increased by 5.3% in Ireland for Q2. Property website MyHome.ie published the latest figures this week, revealing that the average asking price for a house in Ireland is now €320,000.

The average asking price for a house in Dublin is now at €403,000. If you were to exclude Dublin from the national data, the average house price in Ireland is €270,000.
