House prices Ireland: The salary you need to buy a home in every Dublin area

House prices are continuing to rise with the average cost of a home in Dublin standing at a whopping €349,00.

This is a 5.76% increase from last year, according to MyHome.ie who released their Q1 2022 report this week.

The average price of a home in Ireland is €295,000 which is a staggering 12.3% rise on last year.
