A property in Horfield in which a variety of criminal activity took place has been closed courtesy of a court order, Avon and Somerset Police has confirmed.
The house, which witnessed anti-social behaviour, drug dealing, assaults and public order offences, was granted a three-month closure order last Friday (May 5), after an increase in crime - particularly drug dealing and handling of stolen goods - was noted by officers as of July last year.
Recently, an incident in which a woman was wounded - which remains under investigation - resulted in officers working alongside the housing association, LiveWest, to request a closure order for the address.
