Hospitals are regularly flooding and are even at risk of roofs collapsing according to NHS bosses who say Boris Johnson ’s 40 “new hospitals ” have failed to materialise.
Government funding has not been released for most hospital rebuild programmes which the Tories in 2019 touted as the “biggest hospital building programme in a generation”.
Only one hospital rebuild has been carried out and most have not been started.
