A woman has shared her furious reaction about turning the beloved Yorkshire pudding into a wrap.
Jane Bradley, an investigative journalist, shared her brutal opinion about the rolled Yorkshire pudding wrap meals which have become a phenomenon in the northern street food industry. The wrap resembles a burrito but instead is a wrapped up traditional Yorkshire pudding filled with a roast dinner - meat, stuffing, veg, and gravy - a Yorkshireman's dream, right?
Since its creation in 2017, the Yorkshire wrap mania has not subsided and multiple stalls sell the street food including at London's famous Camden Market where it goes by the name Yorkshire burrito. The original Yorkshire pudding wrap came from York's very own The York Roast Co Cafe.

When it announced the gravy-filled food would be launching, queues stretched along the street as the small cafe churned out over 1,000 wraps a day. But in a post shared on social media on Wednesday (June 8), a Yorkshire journalist living in London shared her shock after hearing about the desirable dish.
The New York Times writer said: "Just been sent this photo of a *yorkshire pudding wrap* in Leeds. What the f**k is this?
"STOP TRYING TO COMMODIFY MY CULTURE."
@tobycastle replied to her tweet and said: "Yorkie wraps have been a feature on the Toby Carvery menu since 2017. And bizarrely cost more than the carvery!"
