Fairfax County Police responded to a horrific murder suicide in Virginia early on Thursday morning after former Virginia Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax killed his wife and then killed himself. “This seems to be an ongoing domestic dispute surrounding a complicated or messy divorce,” Fairfax County Police Chief Kevin Davis told reporters outside the home.
Fairfax shot his wife several times and then ran to a different part of the home and killed himself with the same gun. Their teenage children were present in the home when the murder and suicide took place. One of them called 911.
