'Horrific' - Former Nottingham Forest striker suffers major injury scare

Former Nottingham Forest striker Tyler Walker has survived a serious injury scare.

The 25 year-old forward came through the ranks at Forest, making his debut in 2015, The son of Reds legend Des Walker, the striker went on to make 45 appearances for the club, scoring seven times, before leaving the club in 2020 after a successful loan spell with Lincoln City resulted in transfer interest.

Coventry City snapped up Walker as the Sky Blues made their return to the Championship and he has gone to feature 60 times for Mark Robins’ side, scoring 11 goals. However, his manager was relieved to report that Walker had avoided a lengthy spell on the sidelines after picking up an ACL injury against Burnley.
