A man was shot to death Thursday night inside a Northwest Side bar.
Israel Guzman, 38, was inside the Levee, 4035 W. Fullerton Ave., about 7:45 p.m. when another man shot him multiple times, according to Chicago police.
Guzman was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The gunman fled. Area 5 detectives are investigating.
