Horizon Industrial Parks sets IPO price band at Rs 57-60 for Rs 2,600 crore issue. Check key dates

Horizon Industrial Parks has set the price band for its Rs 2,600 crore IPO at Rs 57-60 per share. The issue will open for subscription on August 17 and close on August 19, while bidding for anchor investors will begin on August 14.

Retail investors can bid for at least one lot of 250 equity shares, and in multiples thereafter. At the upper end of the price band, a retail investor will need to invest Rs 15,000 for one lot. The Blackstone-backed company plans to raise Rs 2,600 crore through the IPO, entirely through a fresh issue of equity shares. The issue does not include an offer for sale (OFS).
