Earlier this month, hopes of possible Persona 1 and 2 remakes were sparked when Atlus put new merch related to the two decades-old JRPG gems up – but the company has now made a change to its listings that potentially crushes those dreams.
Look, I want remakes of the first two Persona games myself – especially as we've gotten one for just about every entry (or so it feels), from Persona 3 Reload to the upcoming Persona 4 Revival.
I did feel a spark of hope when Atlus unveiled new tank tops, baseball hats, mugs, and sweatshirts, proudly exclaiming, "Persona and Persona 2: Innocent Sin / Persona 2: Eternal Punishment are coming to Amazon" on social media.
