The owners of a stunning five-bedroom house have put their property on the market - and advertised it with a twist.
Viewing the property on Rightmove, it looks like a usual listing complete with photos and a floorplan. But if you keep looking, you'll find an almost three and a half minute musical video tour of the £700,000 house, set to the tune of Limahl's Never Ending Story.
Titled 'The Never Ending Property', the homeowner sings all about the property's fantastic features while giving a tour, which is sprinkled with humour. The family's pet dog also stars in the video, helping to showcase the dog grooming business which comes attached to the home.

The property, in Bedfordshire, also boasts five double bedrooms and five reception rooms, The homeowner sings: "Maybe you're a family, with growing teenage kids. This home has lots of options, to all watch your own Netflix".
As the video goes on, the homeowner anticipates an issue potential buyers may have with The Never Ending property. From one of the five bedrooms, the main road outside the house can be seen - and it appears quite close.
As the homeowner is stood by the window, with the road in view, she sings: "One more thing, the road outside is near..." As the camera pans to someone fast asleep in bed, she adds: "Don't despair, inside that isn't clear!"
Marketed by Just Knock Powered by Keller Williams, the house is situated in the village of Hockliffe, approximately three miles out of Leighton Buzzard. The description of the property reads: "From space to garden, this house has it all! As you enter this property the period features will really hit you.
"Stunning beams throughout and open fireplaces, perfect for a cosy night in. This property has a large newly fitted kitchen with a gorgeous snug to the side, through into a dining room fit for any banquet. The warming living room will have you relaxed after a hard day's work in no time!
"Through into the study area which is ideal for working from home. Finally there is a good sized games room which has access to the current owners dog grooming room."
The property also has three bathrooms, with the master bedroom boasting an en suite as well as a walk-in wardrobe. Outside is a large garden, as well as a garage and ample off-road parking space.
