A homeowner who built a detached house on his drive without planning permission has finally torn it down.
Mr M Singh, was originally given approval to build a single-storey garage in Highgate, Birmingham, in 2019.
But planning bosses were astonished in October last year after discovering a small two-storey 'house' had been constructed on the driveway instead.
