A homeless man who was shot several times after breaking into a Portland granite and marble shop is now suing the business and its owner for $10 million, according to KPTV. The lawsuit was filed in Multnomah County court.
Kenneth Voyles filed the lawsuit on May 6, 2026, against Touchstone Granite & Marble Inc. and its owner, James Grant. The suit accuses them of battery, assault, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
