VIJAYAWADA: After a three-year-long wait, the Amaravati bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has finally become a reality. The NCLT has decided to shift its Amaravati bench from Hyderabad to Amaravati region.
Kamal Sultanpuri, incharge registrar of NCLT, on Saturday issued orders stating that Justice Ramalingam Sudhakar, president of NCLT, has directed that the NCLT, Amaravati bench, function for all purposes from Amaravati.
