Homebase returns to Bristol with NEXT Cribbs Causeway garden centre

Homebase has reopened its garden centre at a NEXT branch in Bristol in time for spring. The space spans 5,575 square feet and will sell Homebase’s plants and gardening products to NEXT customers in Cribbs Causeway.

The partnership sees Homebase garden centres open at eight NEXT stores around the UK including Bristol, with an additional three operating as pop-ups elsewhere in the country. Customers can combine shopping for clothing and homeware from NEXT with a variety of plants, pots and garden tools needed to spruce up or totally transform outdoor spaces.

Dedicated to supporting nurseries and growers, Homebase buys the best quality plants direct from the growers, with deliveries to store every week for the freshest plants possible and guaranteed for five years.

Stephen Pitcher, Homebase Director of Trading for Garden and Seasonal, said: “We’re delighted to be bringing our garden centre in Bristol out of winter hibernation and to be able to serve the local community once again.

"Our partnership with NEXT makes it easier for customers to shop with us, and in perfect time for spring too. Whether you’re looking for a plant to brighten up a balcony or patio or you’re hoping to totally transform your outside space, we’ve got the products, inspiration and advice to help with any garden project.”

Homebase first announced the initiative with NEXT last spring, and Bristol was named as one of six stores to trial the garden centres at that time. According to Homebase's store finder, its nearest garden centre to Bristol aside from the NEXT branch is in Portishead.

The Bristol store is located at Unit 12a, Lysander Road, Cribbs Causeway Retail Park. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 11am-5pm.
