Al Quds to go ahead as 'static' London demonstration after march banned 'to prevent serious disorder'

The annual Al Quds Day march may still go ahead as a static gathering this weekend despite the original event being banned by the Home Office.

Earlier today, Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood approved a request from the Metropolitan Police to ban the event that was set to take planned for Sunday.
