A Home Office TikTok account posting footage of deportations and arrests by immigration enforcement officers has been criticised as “dehumanising” and a “pathetic gimmick”.

“Secure Borders UK” was launched by the Government on Tuesday morning with the slogan: "Restoring order and control to our borders".
