Home of world's largest Lush shop handed £9m price tag

The city centre building that is home to the world's largest Lush shop has been put on the market for £9m.

The property in Church Street, Liverpool, used to be a Dorothy Perkins and Burton shop before being closed in 2016.

Cosmetics retailer Lush moved into the three-floor, 14,854sq ft space in 2019 and has a deal for a further decade.

Knight Frank is overseeing the sales process and has been instructed to seek offers in excess of £9m.

The building is located close to Primark and includes a hair salon, a florist and a perfume library.

When the Lush store opened in the Church Street building, it was five times bigger than its previous location in Liverpool.

At the time, the retailer said the shop was so big it could fit over nine million bath bombs inside.

The sale comes after Lush announced record results in the UK and Ireland for December as shoppers returned to the high street in the lead up to Christmas.
