Home Bargains praised for rule change that impacts everyone who shops there

High street retail giant Home Bargains has been praised by shoppers after announcing a change that will impact everyone. The popular bargain store announced the change on social media, much to the delight of both staff and shoppers.

Home Bargains told its followers: "As the country comes together to pay tribute and remember Queen Elizabeth II, all Home Bargains stores will close on Monday 19th September to allow our customers and colleagues to pay their respects to Her Majesty the Queen."

After the post was shared, Home Bargains was quickly flooded with praise. Janice Welham said: "I work for hb and I am glad to see that they have chosen to close the stores in respect of our late queen." Tracy J Haig wrote: "Absolutely total respect well done home bargains I know a lot of places are doing this and some aren't shame on them."

The stores should be closed." Samantha Janey Thomas wrote: "Thank you for allowing your staff to be part of our history we appreciate it."

Marie Clark said: "Well done yet again Home Bargains not only closing for this special day you also give your staff Boxing Day off. Pity a lot of the greedy others stores don’t follow suit."
