Holmes Mackillop acquires Macfarlane & Co

Holmes Mackillop Solicitors is set to acquire Macfarlane & Co Solicitors at the start of October.

Alison Macfarlane and Greig McPhail, two of the three partners in Macfarlane & Co, will retire from practice.

The third partner, April Cuthbert, will join Holmes Mackillop as a senior associate in its office at 35 William Street, Johnstone.
