Hollywood star JK Simmons has been spotted going about his business in Glasgow's west end.
Popular eatery La Lanterna posted a snap of the actor outside the restaurant on Great Western Road with one of their staff members yesterday afternoon.
The Instagram post was captioned: "Our Umberto is a celebrity magnet! Look who he spotted strolling by La Lanterna West End. Hollywood’s J.K Simmons."

Simmons, who has been nominated for an Oscar for Actor in a Supporting Role for his role in Being the Ricardos, is in Glasgow to shoot scenes for forthcoming HBO Max flick Batgirl.
He returns as Commissioner Jim Gordon - a role he first portrayed in 2017's Justice League - in the superhero movie, which has been shooting in Glasgow since late last year.
Known in the comics and movies as being Batman's greatest ally and one of his closest friends, he is also of course the father of Batgirl, played by Leslie Grace in the much-anticipated film, the first to be filmed entirely in Glasgow.
Filming is currently taking place in the Kingston area south of the river and is due to commence shortly in the city centre on Glassford Street.
