Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow is helping fans to act out their fantasies – by flogging them a £24,000 bondage chair.
The Shakespeare in Love star also gives tips on kinky sex play on her Goop wellness site.
And she has the perfect bit of furniture for people wanting to behave bardly in the bedroom.
Describing the luxury piece of kit Gwyneth, 50, tells buyers: “Created by master furniture designer Mark Brazier and crafted from brass and tufted black leather, this chaise is a foundation for fantasy.
“The curves mimic the contours of the body – and it’s decked out with stirrups and restraints.
“Display it in your bedroom, living room, dungeon… what have you.”
Potential customers are warned the piece of furniture is “non-returnable”.
Goop explains in an article about bondage: “Maintaining our sexual boundaries is a constant practice that most of us aren’t trained in.
“But there are so many great people teaching boundary-building professionally – particularly mistresses of the ropes who work with bondage as a healing modality.
“A lot of their clients are people reclaiming their body after trauma or assault.
“When you work with a professional, before anything you have a thorough discussion about what your boundaries look like and what shape your experience might take.
“It can be a powerful tool for learning your boundaries and speaking up about them.”
Gwyneth is renowned for selling controversial items.
Shoppers snapped up her £75 This Smells Like My Vagina candle and its follow-up, the This Smells Like My Orgasm candle, quickly sold out on Goop too.
The actress has since gone on to create a This Smells Like My Vagina roll-on fragrance stick, which retails for £45.
And to keep her pricey range of vibrators, handcuffs, whips and chains spick and span, the star’s website also offers a £40 bottle of detergent that will do the job.
To be honest though, a £24,000 bondage chair seems like a much easier way to really clean up…
