Hollyoaks actor Parry Glasspool looked startingly different after losing a stone for a role in major blockbuster The Batman - but was only in the movie "0.01 of a second".
The star, 30, who played Harry Thompson in the soap, looked much more slim than usual, with bloodshot eyes, stubble and scruffy hair, in a video on his Instagram from the movie set, in which he appeared to be in character.
He wore a loose vest, and a chequered sleeveless top, while tucking into a bowl of chicken and broccoli.
The actor, who has also appeared in Emmerdale, wrote in the caption: "A little vid from backstage during my time as a Drophead on THE BATMAN....when i lost 6kg and was only seen for 0.01 of a second [two laughing face emojis] Still, what an experience!
"Also, don't do drugs kids - only fictional ones!"
Parry played the role of Scared Drophead, a term for a drug user, according to his IMDB page.
The Batman, saw the superhero, played by Robert Pattinson, team up with Zoë Kravitz's Cat Woman to take down mobsters in Gotham.
Many people commented on Parry's Instagram video, including fellow Hollyoaks actress Rachel Adedeji who wrote: "Parry.. You look peng. I dig [shocked face emoji]"
Another followers wrote: "You know what though, in that 0.01 second I shouted “THATS PARRY!
"So you definitely stood out haha."
One follower compared Parry to Breaking Bad character Jessie Pinkman, who became hooked on drugs for a time.
Last June, Perry announced the birth of his first child with partner Paije Love.
The soap actor shared the news on Instagram with a sweet post last year, showing their newborn baby's hand.
Alongside the image, Parry wrote in the caption: "oooof, finally".
It came after Paige announced they were expecting in December. At the time she shared an image of their scan and captioned it: "Baby Glasspool due June 2021".
The couple got engage in July 2020.
Parry, who was on Hollyoaks between 2015 and 2019, shared a video at the time which showed his followers how asked Paije to marry him.
He surprised Paije at the time by making her believe that they were filming a quiz for social media.
Parry pretended to be both host and contestant in the self-shot video with Paije, in which he had pre-recorded the questions/
After asking a number of questions for Paije to answer, his presenter character then asked: "Will you marry me?"
Parry then got down on one knee and presented a shocked Paije with a ring, which reduced her to tears of joy as she accepted his proposal.
Parry captioned the video: "How it went down... You know i had to film it somehow! (sic)"
Parry then shared a pic of him and Paije looking loved up, captioning it: "So it's a yes....I guess it's official, i ain't never getting away! (sic)'"
Paije then added: "I have a fiancé".
