Jorgie Porter could have been back in Australia as her fiance Ollie Piotrowski snapped her cooling off under a waterfall. The Hollyoaks actress was showing off her blossoming baby bump in a swimsuit in the undisclosed, picturesque location.
The soap star announced the joyous news that she was pregnant last month following the tragic loss of quadruplets last year. Jorgie, who plays Theresa McQueen in the Channel 4 soap, shared an adorable Instagram video showing their hands and their pet Doberman's paws pulling away to reveal a baby scan.
"Hopeful beginnings …" Jorgie, from Eccles, captioned the video as the congratulations poured in, particularly from her Hollyoaks castmates who were moved to tears by her announcement.
A week later she showed off her blossoming baby bump while on holiday with Ollie, who proposed to the soap star in December by organising a romantic treasure trail while staying at the Gleneagles Hotel in Perth and Kinross.
Now, Jorgie is continuing to enjoy her changing body ahead of welcoming her new arrival. The 34-year-old, who has played Theresa in Hollyoaks since 2008, was captured by her husband-to-be cooling off in the outdoors under a running stream of water. "Thinks she's back in the jungle," Ollie wrote on his Instagram Story referring to the time she finished in fifth place on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in 2015.
The mum-to-be could be seen reaching for the flowing water with her blonde locks tied into a messy bun with striking red shoes on her feet. She then joked in response: "I had a lot less pizza that's for sure," alongside crying laughing emojis.
She also took to Instagram over the weekend ahead of an engagement party. Jorgie looked like a tangerine dream as she donned a pale orange crop top and matching maxi skirt to show off her growing bump. "Engagement party ready ……" she captioned the post alongside a tangerine emoji.
Ollie was among the first to comment, writing: " My missus," alongside a string of heart eyes emojis. And fans were also soon filling the comments section with compliments. @ cozycrewclub wrote: "Gorgeous Momma To Be." @racheal.cairns said: "You look amazing @themissyporter."
And Jorgie is definitely feeling the heat. Before the temperatures soared to a record today (Monday), the actress was already struggling. Sharing a snap of herself lying across her sofa in a grey maxi dress as her dog looked on, Jorgie wrote: " THIS HEAT... A ny other pregnant peeps out there TOO hot?!?"
She then added: "I mean I struggle getting comfy at the best of times... how are u all feeling in this heat?!?" And her followers were quick to sympathise and share in her struggle. Except for her co-star Jennifer Metcalfe who replied: "Well ya head flopping back like that isn’t helping ya breathing," to which Jorgie replied with a series of crying laughing emojis.
