Event Steward
FGH is hiring for event stewards.
Within this role you are able to work at huge events coming up in Liverpool such as Liverpool Football Club, Eurovision and Chester Racecourse. They also have work available at some of the UK's best festivals. This year you could be keeping crowds safe at Glastonbury, Lytham Festival, Beat- Herder, Kendall Calling, Boardmasters and many more.
Duties include:
“Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling.
Ingress control – ticket validation, accreditation checks, guest direction and queries.
Crowd control/people management – foot traffic direction, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to.
Deliver approachable customer service and support to guests.
Report any suspicious behaviour.
Egress control.
Directing customers around the site.”
You will be required to gain your L2 in Spectator Safety certificate as part of your employment, this training will be provided by FGH training free of charge.
Salary: £10.42 - £11.68 per hour

Human resources coordinator
Lime Pictures is looking for a part-time human resources coordinator to: “provide high quality administration of all HR procedures and activities, particularly in relation to employee pay and benefits, training, systems, management information and internal communication.”
If you are not CIPD qualified, don’t worry, Lime Pictures is happy to fund your study towards CIPD levels three or five. You would work on a part-time, job-share basis, three days per week, ensuring the role is covered Monday to Friday working alongside another part-time HR Coordinator.
Lime Pictures said: “The filming of Hollyoaks takes place throughout the day so it is important the team are on hand for our production crew by having a high presence in the office, although we do understand the need for flexibility when it comes to hours and other life events.”

Chester Zoo is recruiting for a ‘chef de partie’.
Chester Zoo has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to support the Lead Chef in one of its food and beverage outlets. Chester Zoo is the UK’s most popular zoo and as well as winning lots of awards, it welcomes two million visitors a year through its gates.
Duties include:
“Support the Lead Chef and Sous Chef in helping to produce food to the highest standards which ensures Chester Zoo maintains its world class reputation.
Train and mentor Line Chefs and Seasonal team members to ensure effective and efficient work practice.
Work collaboratively with the front of house team to ensure seamless delivery and a world class customer service.
Adhere to health and hygiene policies, standard operating procedures and safe working practices including food safety systems and associated legislation (for example HACCP).
Under direction from the Lead Chef, ensure correct stock levels on a day-to-day basis, place order requests for the Lead Chef or Sous Chef to process and accept deliveries, ensuring they are correct and rotate stock as required.”

As Charity Marketing Lead for Everton in the Community: “you will support the development, implementation and delivery of marketing plans and campaigns specific to Everton in the Community and its associated programmes, including revenue generating areas of the charity such as; Lotteries, Fundraising, Regular Giving and Major Donors.”
