Holly Willoughby is reportedly planning to install a luxury sauna in her home in south-west London.
The former This Morning presenter, 45, and her producer husband Dan Baldwin, 50, bought the six-bedroom home in July 2024 and also have plans for a gym and cinema.
The couple sold their previous Edwardian home after a horrifying kidnap, rape and murder plot against her.
And since moving into her new place, Willoughby has been busy researching luxury brands for her own at-home sauna, according to The Sun.
The TV host recently asked her fans on Instagram about the health benefits of classic and infrared units.
Willoughby is no stranger to the wellness trend taking the celebrity world by storm, having previously presented the BBC show, Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof.
The 2022 series followed eight celebrities as they swapped their cosy city lives to live in the Italian mountains in sub-zero conditions.
Hof is a Dutch extreme athlete known as "The Iceman" for setting multiple world records, including swimming under ice and running marathons in freezing temperatures.
He developed the Wim Hof Method, which combines breathing techniques, cold exposure, and meditation to improve health, reduce stress, and strengthen the immune system.
Willoughby took an ice bath a year after filming the show, taking a video of herself plunging into the freezing tub and declaring that she felt “incredible” afterwards.
“Right let’s begin this icy journey!” she wrote on Instagram in 2023.
“After working with Wim Hof and the whole Freeze The Fear team, it’s taken a year, but I’m finally doing it for you… didn’t last long but build up slowly right?
“Wow, that was bloody cold but I did feel incredible after…I did it!”

Willoughby’s reported plans for a sauna come after she was embroiled in a planning dispute after launching an appeal over a council blocking changes to her home.
She has carried out a number of approved works, including additional security measures, and has already secured consent for a gym, cinema and a ground-floor link within the property.
However, her latest proposal, a first-floor glass corridor “link infill extension” connecting the main house to an outbuilding, has proved more contentious.
According to The Sun, the plans were rejected after being described as “overly dominant” and “inappropriate”, prompting Willoughby and Baldwin to lodge an appeal.
The couple argued in their filing that the extension would allow them to make better use of the land.
They purchased the home mortgage-free, shortly after leaving London following the conviction of Willoughby’s stalker Gavin Plumb.
Plumb was sentenced to life with a minimum term of 16 years in July 2024 after being unanimously convicted of soliciting murder and encouraging or assisting others to rape and kidnap Willoughby.
