Holly Willoughby appears to be fully back to her bubbly self - and her change in attitude hasn't gone unnoticed by This Morning viewers.
The ITV host, 42, was back on This Morning alongside Dermot O'Leary today, and Holly appeared in high spirits and more high energy than viewers have seen in recent weeks following Phillip Schofield's resignation from the ITV programme.
Holly returned to the famous This Morning couch earlier this month on June 5 after a number of weeks away from the drama which ensued surrounding Phillip's exposed affair with a much younger male colleague.
After confessing to the affair, Phillip stepped down from all his duties with ITV and later confirmed that Holly had ignored an apology text which he sent after his bombshell affair became public knowledge.
Holly then released a statement insisting that she felt 'let down' by Phillip, adding that she knew nothing about his affair with the young This Morning colleague, and upon her return to the show on June 5, Holly seemed downcast as the addressed the nation for the first time after Phil's resignation.
In recent weeks, eagle-eyed This Morning viewers have pointed out Holly has seemed 'inward' and 'quiet', however, as she opened the show on Tuesday alongside Dermot, fans flocked to Twitter to share their thoughts on Holly's demeanor as they noticed she is now 'giggling' and 'giddy' again.
"Holly finally seems back to herself. She's not stopped giggling with Dermot," one viewer tweeted.
"Awhh after all that has happened the past couple of weeks Holly seems happy again. I love her and Dermot together," another echoed.
"Holly laughing and joking again! Nature is healing. They need to make Dermot a permanent host too," someone else suggested.
While another tweeted: "Anyone notice that Holly seems to be in such a better mood this week! It's so nice to see."
"Holly and Dermot are the ultimate hosting duo!!" someone else enthused.
It comes after Dermot left a tribute to his This Morning co-star, Holly, describing her as his ‘lovely mate’.
The presenter, 50, is currently taking over hosting duties on the ITV show as bosses search for a replacement for Holly’s former co-host, Phillip.
Taking to Instagram, Dermot uploaded a sweet snap of himself with Holly, penning a nice tribute to the star in the caption.
He wrote: “Back on This Morning for another week with my lovely mate Holly.”
