Holly Willoughby was left fighting back tears as she filmed her new TV show alongside a different co-host. Fans are used to seeing the This Morning star alongside Phillip Schofield.
However, Holly, 41, has swapped her best pal Schofe for Lee Mack and they've been seen together for the first time in the brand new trailer for her extreme BBC show, Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof.
The TV presenter took time off This Morning earlier in the year for almost three weeks and when she returned she explained how she had been whisked off to film the new BBC One programme 'in Northern Italy in the alps'.

Freeze the Fear is inspired by the teachings of Dutch extreme athlete Wim Hof and will see a group of celebrities embark on an "epic adventure of self-improvement, and face a unique test of mental strength like no other".
And the faces lined up to take part have already been revealed as musical theatre legend Alfie Boe OBE, singer/songwriter, TV presenter and footballer Chelcee Grimes, Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Dianne Buswell, sports TV presenter and former international rhythmic gymnast Gabby Logan MBE, Welsh weatherman Owain Wyn Evans, former footballer Patrice Evra, rapper and mental health advocate Professor Green and actress Tamzin Outhwaite.
The trailer for Freeze the Fear, released earlier this week, sees co-host Lee joke the eight celebrities are 'victims' while Holly looks concerned as former EastEnders star and close pal Tamzin shakes violently after going bare feet in the ice. And the short clip appears to show her welling up and barely able to look at what the celebrities are going through.
In the trailer, Holly says: "Eight celebs. One Iceman. No red carpet. No enjoying the view. No hot tubs. Not hot showers. No feeling in their toes, hands or bum. No escaping. No safety nets. No going back. No idea what they've signed up for," before the clip cuts to the celebrities taking on extreme challenges - and Holly's visible reaction.
The group will be living together in a tented village in sub-zero temperatures, surrounded by spectacular, icy scenes of Northern Italy. Each week will see them take on various challenges, which gradually become more daring as the series progresses. Wim Hof, known as the 'Ice Man', will be supervising the celebrities and guiding them through his series of radical challenges. Under his encouragement, the celebrities will reap the rewards of cold-water therapy and face a unique test of mental strength like no other.
Teasing the show during an appearance on The One Show earlier this year, Holly said: "We've got eight celebrities who are going out and challenging themselves, this is not something where they get voted off and it's not like a popularity contest, they are really, really challenging their minds and their bodies. All I can tell you is, it was intense for everybody, medics were involved, and I was in tears at many, many points throughout it."
BBC One's Freeze the Fear with Whim Hof begins on April 12 at 9pm on BBC One.
