Holly Willoughby dazzles in first look at Dancing On Ice return as winner already 'decided'

Holly Willoughby has given fans a glimpse of what they can expect from her Dancing On Ice wardrobe as she dazzled in a first look at the upcoming series. The first images of the judges and hosts of the hit skating show have been revealed by ITV ahead of the first episode next weekend.

Holly, 41, will be back rinkside alongside Phillip Schofield as they present the show together. The celebrity talent show will also see Jayne Torvill and her long-time skating collaborator, Christopher Dean, who won Olympic gold when they competed in the winter games in Sarajevo in 1984, return to the judging panel.

The pair, who have been judges on Dancing On Ice since the show returned in 2018 after a four-year break, will be joined again by Diversity dancer Ashley Banjo and former Strictly Come Dancing professional Oti Mabuse to judge the 11 celebrities competing in the latest run.

In the brand new pictures, released by ITV ahead of Dancing On Ice's return on Sunday, January 15, Holly beamed in a strapless silver dress that sparkled from top-to-toe. The mum-of-three had her trademark blonde locks styled into soft waves but kept her jewellery to a minimum, simply donning a glitzy pair of earrings and her wedding ring.

Phillip, meanwhile, looked ever so dapper in a black, high-neck jumper under a beige blazer which he paired with matching dark trousers and shoes.

Hoping to be crowned winner of Dancing On Ice 2023 is former EastEnders actress and DJ Patsy Palmer; former footballer John Fashanu; last year's winner of Love Island, Ekin-Su Culculoglu, Olympic bronze medal-winning gymnast Nile Wilso; and Coronation Street actress Mollie Gallagher.

Former The Only Way Is Essex TV personality Joey Essex; the winner of the first series of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK The Vivienne; soap star and West End musicals performer Carley Stenson; former Liberty X pop group member Michelle Heaton; and The Wanted’s Siva Kaneswaran also take to ice.

And it appears a winner has already been decided - before fans have even got to see the celebrities' moves on the ice. Retired gymnast Nile is currently 3-1 favourite with bookmaker Coral to win the 2023 series of Dancing On Ice ahead of the launch of the new series.

Love Island winner Ekin-Su Culculoglu is second best in the betting at 7-2, Joey Essex is 4-1, while Corrie’s Mollie Gallagher is 8-1. "Former gymnast Nile Wilson has been well-backed for success on this year's series of Dancing On Ice. He tops the betting ahead of Love Island winner Ekin-Su Culculoglu and Joey Essex," said Coral's John Hill.
