Holidaymakers left with only £20 in New York due to travel firm's hotel 'mix-up'

A man has slammed the travel provider Hays Travel after a getaway to New York left him with just £20 to spend.

Michael Hulme, aged 59, has vowed to boycott travel agent Hays Travel in the future.

He states that he arrived in New York City to discover that his pre-booked hotel had not been paid, Birmingham Live reports.
