Police are investigating after a hit-and-run driver left a motorcyclist injured following a collision. Greater Manchester Police said the woman was taken to hospital from the scene in the Hathershaw area of Oldham.
Thankfully, the force said her injuries were 'not life-threatening' and investigations are continuing. The car involved hasn't been described by police, but reports of social media suggest an Audi was involved.
Emergency services were called to Ashton Road at around 10.20pm on Thursday. The collision happened outside Tesco Express.

In a statement, GMP said: "At around 10.20pm on Thursday 1 September, police received reports of a road traffic collision between a car and a motorcyclist outside Tesco Express on Ashton Road in Oldham.
"The female motorcyclist suffered injuries that were not life-threatening and was taken to hospital to receive treatment.
"The driver of the car did not remain at the scene. Our enquiries are ongoing at this time."
