Historic apartment boasts features fit for royalty

An apartment with communal areas that would look more at home in a royal residence has been listed to let.

Located behind huge gates off Acrefield Road in Woolton is Seafarer's Drive. It's home to The Grange, a grand, Grade II-listed building which was constructed in the 1860s and was designed by Cornelius Sherlock, who is best known for The Walker Art Gallery.

The former Victorian home was converted into apartments and one is available now to rent for a whopping £2,200 per calendar month.
