An apartment with communal areas that would look more at home in a royal residence has been listed to let.
Located behind huge gates off Acrefield Road in Woolton is Seafarer's Drive. It's home to The Grange, a grand, Grade II-listed building which was constructed in the 1860s and was designed by Cornelius Sherlock, who is best known for The Walker Art Gallery.
The former Victorian home was converted into apartments and one is available now to rent for a whopping £2,200 per calendar month.

The duplex boasts jaw-dropping communal areas, the centrepiece of which is a huge fire surround that would look more at home in a palace. The marble structure is a Victorian Neoclassical design, with seashell and pillar carvings flanking a wrought iron fireplace and yellow tiling.
Other standout features in the entrance hall include ornate, carved woodwork and a huge turning staircase.
The period features don't stop in the entrance hall. Inside, the apartment boasts floor to ceiling sash windows in the lounge and a rich, mahogany panelled ceiling.
There's another standout fireplace adding to the splendour, but instead of marble it features carefully carved wood.
Aside from the stunning lounge, the apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a huge kitchen with ample space for a dining room table.
The kitchen and bathrooms have had a modern revamp, with neutral tiling providing a blank canvas.
One bedroom is located on the first floor while the other two are on the second floor along with the bathrooms. The master bedroom is huge and boasts walk-in storage space.
The Grange, or Gateacre Grange, was initially a home for Sir Andrew Barclay Walker, a brewer and Liverpool councillor who was at the helm of Walkers of Warrington.
The property was later used as a retirement home for sailors before being converted into apartments.
