Himachal Pradesh: Woman's face blackened, hair cut; paraded by in-laws in Hamirpur

SHIMLA: In a shocking incident, a married woman’s face was blackened, her hair forcibly cut and to further humiliate her she was paraded in a village by her in-laws under Bhoranj sub-division of Hamirpur district in Himachal Pradesh.

The woman was insulted and manhandled on August 31 but the police registered a case on Friday after a video of the incident went viral on social media.
