Snooker legend Ken Doherty had a hilarious gaffe as he danced live on air believing that he was on an ad break.
The Irishman was in flying form after winning his Snooker Shoot Out first round match against fiery Scottish Stephen Maguire in a frantic one-frame match which had a 10-minute time limit.
The World Champion of 1997 celebrated by dancing along as he made his way to the TV studio for his post match interview.

Aware that they were live on air presenters nervously danced along stating "we're all buzzing." They then tried to ask Doherty a question, but the star was too interested in performing his next dance move much to their amusement.
Doherty then announced "I don't know this song!" The presenter eventually asked him if he had any tips for fellow professional White ahead of his match. Doherty still not knowing he was on air replied: "Tie him up in knots!"
Despite the Eurosport presenter trying to salvage the interview, Crafty Ken broke back into another dance before reading the room and realising he was on air.
"I thought we were still on the ads! Oh my god! How embarrassing," Doherty apologised to viewers.
Fans were unsurprisingly left in hysterics by Doherty's dancing and the clip quickly went viral on social media. Some were impressed by the veteran player's dance moves stating that he should go on Strictly Come Dancing.

Doherty was clearly embarrassed by being caught dancing live on air and replied: "Sorry all hadn’t a clue we were live just enthralled music and the win of course."
The Snooker Shoot Out sees matches limited to 10 minutes or one frame. Players have 15 seconds per shot in the first five minutes and then 10 seconds per shot in the remaining five minutes. If the points are level after 10 minutes then the winner is decided by a blue ball shoot-out.
With some wildcard invites sent to the next generation of players there have been some shocks in the first round. Firstly Moldovan talent Vladislav Gradinari became the youngest player ever to win a televised match at the age of 14 yesterday. Not to be outdone fellow 14-year-old Riley Powell beat world No.8 Kyren Wilson.
