The Tennessee Titans took part in organized team activities last week on the heels of mandatory minicamp the week prior, and the three sessions of OTAs were the final ones of the offseason program.
Now, the Titans will turn their attention to training camp in late July, but first there will be a month-plus break in between, a time head coach Mike Vrabel believes is crucial for players.
“Just in my experience as a player and a coach, what you do away from here when things aren’t planned or structured, are you able to get in a routine? So, what I want them to do is go prepare for a long, grueling season of professional football,” Vrabel said, per 104.5 The Zone.
“It’s the most critical five weeks of the season.”
Following the conclusion of OTAs, the Titans released a brief highlight package showing the players in action last week. Check it out below.
