High-profile Rangers target 'undergoes' medical, ahead of big-money transfer

Rangers are closing in on Portland Timbers striker Kevin Kelsy, who is "undergoing a medical" before an expected move to Ibrox, according to a new report.

The 22-year-old Venezuela international has secured the paperwork needed to travel to the UK for the final stages of the transfer.
