A cocktail bar is hoping to put Sunderland on the map for high-end, quality drinks as it gets set to open up at a highly anticipated new venue.
Contemporary cocktail operator, Yem has recently been announced as the newest business to take up a spot in the Sheepfolds Stables, which is expected to open up at the end of this year.
Founded by life-long friends Daniel Lemon and Ashton Williamson, who were both born in Sunderland, Yem aims to be the region’s best cocktail bar offering a unique concept that merges the classical and contemporary, the international and the local.
