Hidden Zara label hack helps shoppers figure out sizing

A clever Zara label hack has been revealed in a TikTok video to help shoppers figure out sizing.

The popular high-street store is known for its temperamental sizing, with many shoppers having to size up to fit into a desired outfit. The video, uploaded by TikTok user itsmyjuniverse gained more than 569k likes and 6k comments from Zara shoppers who were amazed by the discovery.

Shopping in Zara can be a real gamble, which is why we need all the help we can get. The hack claims that certain symbols on the inside label gives us a hint on sizing.

According to the video, a small circle on a Zara label means that the clothing will run big, a square means that it's true to size and an inverted triangle means that it runs small. The TikTok video proved to be increasingly popular, with many Zara shoppers sharing their views.

The video racked up plenty of comments from shoppers, with some claiming that the hack wasn't true, and others suggesting that it's completely accurate. Fashion expert and presenter Trinny Woodall hit back at the hack via Instagram claiming it was only to do with specific sections within the store as opposed to sizing.

One user commented on the video agreeing with both claims: "Yup. [circle emoji] is ZARA woman and size varies based on style. A [square emoji] is ZARA basic which runs true to size and a [triangle emoji] is Trafa which runs small.

One shopper responded to the thread saying: "Worked here and this is accurate." A second commented: "Soooo helpful!"

A third shopper said: "Oh wow. Thank you!!!" A fourth commented: "OMG I didn't know that! Zara is one of my faves so this is good info."
