Properties in Woolton had an overall average price of £306,890 over the last year, according to Rightmove. Most of the sales in the area during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £277,513.
Detached properties sold for an average of £513,025, with terraced properties fetching £212,472. Overall, sold prices in Woolton over the last year were 5% up on the previous year and 11% up on the 2017 peak of £276,251.
Images of the Gate House on Rightmove show that it has period detailing throughout, including parquet flooring and real oak doors throughout. On the ground level is a lounge, office, toilet and one of the five bedrooms.
There's also a large kitchen/diner and a family room that has a French doors leading into to the garden which is not overlooked and has a patio area, lawn and trees. To the first floor there is the remaining four bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with the main bedroom having a Juliet balcony and walk-in wardrobe. In the back of the home there's also access to off road parking that is accessed through electric gates.
