Former Hamilton Accies enforcer Alex Gogic is wanted by St Mirren on deadline day as Hibs look set to sanction the Cypriot's exit.
Gogic has fallen down the pecking order under new Hibs head coach Shaun Maloney and the 27-year-old is free to leave Edinburgh.
He now looks set to move along the M8 to Jim Goodwin's Saints ahead of their Premiership match with Motherwell on Tuesday.
Goodwin has been a long-term admirer of the Cypriot international according to our sister site, Renfrewshire Live, and tried to sign him when Gogic initially swapped for Hamilton for Hibs.
Gogic joined Hamilton in 2017 and became a fan favourite over his stay at Accies before leaving in 2020 for Hibs.
He made 84 appearances for the South Lanarkshire outfit.
