Lee Johnson is likely to become the new manager at Premiership side Hibs - and East Kilbride's Jamie McAllister is set to join him.
The Easter Road club's soon-to-be-boss is teeing up his backroom staff ahead of heading to Scotland to finalise this move.
Former Malmo manager Jon Dahl Tomasson had also held talks but it's the ex-Sunderland gaffer who's set to win the race.
He will look to bring in McAllister as his number two, according to the Daily Record, and there will also be place for current first-team coach David Gray.
Hailing from EK, the former defender spent part of his youth days at Bellshill Boys Club after initially failing to make the grade at Motherwell.
His senior career started at Queen of the South while he also had four and two years stints with Aberdeen and Hibs' Edinburgh rivals Hearts, alongside a lengthy spell at Bristol City.
Now 44, he has coached at the Robins and became Johnson's assistant at Sunderland in 2020 before the pair left at the end of January.
