Jye Amiss has kicked five goals and Caleb Serong played a starring role as Fremantle snared just the second minor premiership in the club's history with a 24-point win over Adelaide in Perth.

Scores were level early in the final quarter of Friday night's blockbuster following Crows forward Riley Thilthorpe's second goal of the night.
