Heung-min Son says Tottenham must hold their nerve and stick to their high-risk, attacking football in Sunday’s crunch north London derby.
Arsenal know anything but a win could be fatal to their title hopes after Manchester City, who have a game in hand, closed the gap at the top to a point with last night's victory over Brighton.
Spurs need the three points to remain in touch with Aston Villa in the battle for fourth place, and Son says Sunday is their biggest game of the season.
Son believes Arsenal are among the best teams in the world but the Spurs captain says Ange Postecoglou's side cannot change their approach against their rivals.
"We're still a little bit inexperienced because we're building a young team, some of them are in their first season in the Premier League," Son said. "So look, we can test ourselves against one of the biggest teams in Europe and the Premier League. But also in the world.
"So I think it's very important the way we play: stick to our [style of] play, stick to our game. I think it's a very, very good test. As I said, it's against one of the best teams in the world so it's perfect [for us]. You want to always have good competition and you always want to face the best teams in the world."
Son is likely to be key to Tottenham's hopes of derailing Arsenal's title charge, and the South Korean has previously scored six times against the Gunners in the top flight.
He added: "Every single game is big for me and a chance to show how impressive I can be. It's not important who scores the goals or that I scored previously in this game. I just need to be ready for the biggest game of the season.
There's no doubt we can bounce back against Arsenal
"It's a big derby and we know what it means for the team and the club and also for the fans. So we're going to prepare well and play our style of game."
Spurs have had two weeks off since being thrashed 4-0 by Newcastle on April 13 and Son called on his teammates to respond against Mikel Arteta's side.
"We have to be ready. It was an unacceptable result and unacceptable performance, as well from me," he said.
"As a group, we're talking a lot about this game and performance and everybody knows how to step up, they've all been playing long enough in the Premier League or a professional team.
"It will be a really good game to bounce back and obviously the motivation will be even higher than in other games so I think we've got to just work hard until the game and do our style of play. Then there's no doubt we can bounce back."
