A heroin kingpin who was jailed for 11 years after hiding in Tenerife for two years is on the run again.
Stephen Blundell, 43, vanished when he was due to be sentenced over a £1m drug ring in 2013. He was named as one of Britain’s most wanted fugitives and it is believed he handed himself in to Spanish National Police officers in Tenerife in 2015.
Blundell was jailed in January 2015 and told to serve a nine year and eight month sentence. After being released from prison on Friday, July 10, 2020, police are hunting to find Blundell again after breaching his license conditions.

Detectives established that heroin was being transported from Liverpool to addresses in Devon before being distributed. Devon and Cornwall Police said Blundell enjoyed the high-life, wearing designer clothes and driving luxury cars, including a Porsche Boxer, Audis, BMWs and Volkswagen 4x4s.
