Does Herman Miller offer free shipping?
Herman Miller offers customers free shipping on orders worth $2000 or more. For orders under this threshold, shipping fees are calculated based on which items you are ordering and will be displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase.
What is the Herman Miller returns policy?
If you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, you can return items to Herman Miller within 30 days of your purchase. Get in touch with their team to arrange a return. Note that shipping fees will not be refunded, and you will be charged $49 for all seating products, or a 10% restocking fee if your item isn't sent back with all the original packaging.
